"I can't speak on the care that ELEOS provides but from an employment standpoint the management is absolutely terrible. They provide no support to the admin team and Elizabeth is entirely unhelpful. Elizabeth does not care about the staff under her and does not deserve her position! Can't emphasize enough how utterly awful the management is here."

"The therapists I have seen here have been wonderful and kind and skilled. They are not in network with all insurance companies, they are not in network with United Healthcare or Healthpartners which are super common Minnesota based insurance companies. Additionally, it is really hard to get in and their schedule is super tight. I even tried scheduling months months out and their openings just don't match up with my days off (I work in a hospital with a variable schedule). There have also been two instances where scheduling messed up and told me the wrong time or promised me an appointment when the therapist was not available. If you don't have UHC or HP and it works for you to have a consistent appointment day and time every week (9-4 m-f) then it could work for you. Trish and Angela are great!"

If a client feels they don't match well with their therapist, they can request to switch to a different provider. I notice that the rate negative reviews on google seem to be posted by clients who are charged a late fee. I appreciate the response posted by the owner which shows they are professional and hold true to their policies."
