"Laziness is the key to this group. Paid for so-called services. Have to call every other week to see if they are coming. And was told on Jan 31 they were picking up the trash they missed from the week before due to a truck being stuck. To be lied to and took the dumpster back. Called the next day to ask about dumpster and was told we are to much trouble and don't want to service you. Seems like a joe Biden supported business. DONT USE THIS SERVICE THEY HAVE NO INTENTION TO PROVIDE ANN HONEST SERVICE."

"The clerk is over worked, she said she has 3000 customers and can't take a debit card,because it is to much work for just us. The clerk she takes care of her commercial customers 1st. She made excuses about why she can't let us know our service was not taken care of. And worst of all she said she don't care if you served this country and are disabled. We should just not talk to her if we have ptsd from that...She pulled our service and lied to us saying her truck was stuck so we would be picked up later when she planned on taking our service away without notice. This lady said it is just trash so get it picked up elsewhere. Don't use them if you have to...use anyone else she is rude and feels like she is entitled."
