"I noticed a person recently had a similar experience as me as far as going back on prices. I had laundry done there. 2 big bags. I was charged $98. I brought 3 more bags. This time they charged around $280. I was expecting to pay a similar price as last time. The ladies working were so sweet. They tried everything to get the price down. They called someone, I think called Lonnie (?) twice. I could hear Lonnie on the phone and let me tell you, Lonnie was so rude to the kind ladies trying to help me. Lonnie said to tell me I got lucky last time because the price was wrong last time, and that this was the price this time. The lady conveyed the message more politely than than Lonnie told her. But I heard everything. Rude to the people working there and rude about me, a customer. I’m sure they did not know I could hear the whole conversation, but at least I know how Lonnie treats the staff and what Lonnie thinks about the customers. I told the ladies that I wish I’d had some warning. Especially with such a profound price difference. I had some Christmas money that I put toward the bill. To sum up: The ladies were so empathetic and kind. Lonnie was rude to them on the phone and rude about me asking why the price was different. So, I will not be going back. I hope those ladies find a nicer boss."

"I took 15 long sleeve cotton dress shirts for laundry. The website says 5 shirts for $13.49 which should have been $44.31 with tax. They charged me $76.98. When I enquired about it I got a lot of run around. Finally, they told me the website price is incorrect and is $18.09 so all they could do is credit my account the difference. Long story short is that it would appear that the name Mr Rob's refers to robbing the customer. Very sadly disappointed and hope that they correct their website or honor their website so that potential customers can make informed decisions on their cleaning needs....."

"I took my suits to Rob's and then picked them up. When I put one on to go to church, the suit pants had a split on the crease of the right knee. I returned the pants to the shop and the young lady said it would be taken care of. THAT WAS IN JANUARY. After several visits, it appears they lost the pants and still no apparent response. Check your clothes when you pick them up."
