"I sold a house and my clients/sellers used them to clean the house before moving out, and the same thing happened. I made the mistake of using them again. On a different house, I paid extra for a deep clean before my renters moved in and it was not cleaned properly - the owner of the cleaning company also agreed that it was a bad job. They are really quick to request getting paid before starting the job, but once these issues came up afterwards I got no response. They mentioned coming back out to clean again then stopped responding. This is unfortunate because I could use a reliable house cleaner on the properties I lease/sell. Would not recommend."
