"First time I have used Old Town Dry Cleaners. I misread the closing time and thought they closed at 7p. I needed a suit cleaned and a button added, and 2 shirts cleaned and starched. I got off work at 6p and got to the cleaners at 6:25. The lady closing told me they had closed at 6p. (On 1/5/2023) Gratefully she reopened the doors and found my order and I paid. So thankful for her WONDERFUL help. I had a funeral the next day and didn’t have another suit. I appreciate this customer service because it was above and beyond and she didn’t have to do it.
