"J and N was hired to take care of a rental property yard at which time Mr. Holt told me that I would be the last client he took on because he was "so busy" owing to his awesome service and reputation. Jason was paid $200 in advance using Venmo and then never even showed up. This meant I had a very angry tenant with which to deal. Jason would not return my phone calls for a couple of weeks and Mr. Holt declined my Venmo request for a refund. He denies he declined it but Venmo told me he did. After hounding Mr. Holt he finally replied and told me he did not have the money to refund. In short, I gave a one-star review because you cannot give zero. Do NOT trust this company. I had to fight like hell to get Venmo to credit my account."
