"Tried to get an adjustment on a Friday afternoon, had an appointment set but I have a new insurance. I have the paper copy (waiting on card) which states approved since May 1st, a M.A mnsure I.D number, also a medicaid number from having used this same information at a hospital. The outstanding receptionist declared she's not the bookkeeper and has no way of searching with said information. She pointed to the top of the paper and said I have to call this number (which was an adress). To be fair it's Friday, and she's not the bookkeeper. Would rank 0 stars as I wasn't allowed to be helped today. Great river took this exact form earlier this week."
