It goes without saying that the work he did on my frozen shoulder truly eliminated nearly all of my pain (I need to do the work to get rid of what remains because we have left on an extended trip), restored my sleep that was disrupted by the pain, and returned my range of motion to what it used to be. But more than that, Craig worked directly on my shoulder to loosen it up, he explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what the end result for the particular exercise was.
