"I'm pretty disappointed with you guys. I scheduled an appointment last week. It was canceled by you, not me. It was also canceled via email less than an hour prior to the appointment. I just went to your building to be at my appointment that was rescheduled due to the cancelation and the building was locked. On top of that, the counselor I scheduled withi not pick up his phone.
