"This company does the billing for our local gastroenterology facility (Digestive Health Partners). I had called insurance company prior to a study and knew exactly what my portion would be. I paid $250 prior to the study and then received a bill last week for $276.14. I called And and spoke with a supervisor Lori to go over the bill and authorize the payment of this amount. However, when I opened up my bank account, this company actually took $306.09 without authorization. I called local Gastro company and I also called Medicus and spoke immediately to Lori who had very poor customer service and called me a liar stating that I didn't even have a bill that showed that amount when in fact I did, and it was even on my insurance app on my phone. The Gastro office did refund us the overage amount. Lori’s manager was supposed to call me back the next day and never did so I called the owner of the company, Cyndi Walker. she was less than helpful and not concerned at all that had committed fraud and charged my debit card illegally with an unauthorized amount. Had asked that the CALL be pulled and listened to as they record the calls, but this was never done. Nor did she say that she would discipline her employee. I would be aware of this company and giving out my debit card information I learned a lesson and I no longer will do that with this company, I refuse to allow them to do the billing for us ever again, and I will deal directly with the Doctors by paying cash or check that way I can't be scammed!!!!! BEWARE"
