"Would rate lower but they do have SOME good people. This branch customer service is extremely POOR. They tried to force me to go through the drive through IN MY WHEELCHAIR just to set a pin #. The N.L.R. branch did as well. U.S. Bank mistakes at both branches cost me a few hundred dollars trying to correct. One of those "mistakes" led to having to take a bully to court, which also cost me money. They consistently violate A.D.A. regulations. The complaints about long waits at the drive through are correct. They won't keep enough lanes active, the equipment is old & some broken. They won't keep enough tellers working the lanes that aren't broken. Customer service at this bank is very poor & I wouldn't recommend them to anyone in a wheelchair or any disabled person. U.S. Bank doesn't know what A.D.A. compliance IS & the staff ACTIVELY discriminates if their mood is bad enough & it often is. Would suggest disabled people go somewhere else, they WILL discriminate against you if they feel like it. As of September - This branch now refuses to let you have your own cash except at the drive thru...which are understaffed & UNSAFE. The last time there were about 15 vehicles waiting to go thru 2 lanes, all they ever have open. There were about 20 to 25 people walking around, angry at how slow the only 2 people working were getting people through. This bank does not care about the safety of it's customers who aren't rich & they actively discriminate against disabled customers."
"Every time I come to this branch I have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get a simple deposit completed. They are understaffed and slow moving. Terrible management. Bank management do not respond to this post with a empty comment just do something about this branch or I'm taking my business elsewhere"
"Like any other bank / drive through - you may run into a little wait time due to short staffing . The shoot tube is a little tricky but the overall service is great ."

"Just came back to my motel after from the US Bank branch/ATM in North Little Rock. After looking at some of the reviews of this place I can understand that it is not just me who has problems with US Bank. The location is bad, awkward to drive in to and the access lanes are narrow as other people have commented. But also I saw there was one lane open for business/commercial and only two others for ordinary people. There was no chance to walk in and argue with a real person. One of the ordinary lanes was occupied by a car and the other by a big van. I figured I did not want to discuss my complicated issue through a tube system wherein I guess you are supposed to put your paperwork into a cylinder and send it through the tube to a person you cannot see. O.K. for making routine deposits to your account I guess but no good for trying to make someone understand what I want - which is to make US Bank stop stealing money from me. This bank had charged me bogus fees for a subscription service to Amazon that was cancelled months ago, and then they charged me late fees and punishment fees for refusing to pay on the c.c. that that they allegedly charged the Amazon payments to. All this while I was living in SE Asia so I could not get any attention from US Bank since they rarely answer their phone for foreign calls and then put you on hold until your phone time runs out and... and they ignored my Secret Messages for months and then when I used my US Bank c.c. to make plane reservations to leave there US Bank cancelled my c.c. so I had to cancel and re-book. All of this with out warning me they were going to retaliate in this way. Then I paid off the bogus charges to the c.c.and then i received a message from the bank claiming they had received my complaint and were in the process of ignoring it at the highest levels. Then they erased that c.c. and credited me with the $118.00 in dispute to a new card - which does not exist except in theory. So how am I supposed to explain all this nonsense to a person through a speaker and tube.? I had gone there expecting to be lied to and brushed off so I intended to close the account and have my government disability send to a new bank. So I have to go one with this fight by phone and internet now. Don't use US Bank. They are thieves and liars."
