"I had Pamela previously, she was much more helpful than the lady I had today. The lady today didn’t have much insight to give and didn’t have half the personality and communication skills Pamela does. All of that can be changed with experience, though. She did nothing wrong although I do believe Pamela’s experience would’ve gotten me a slightly higher amount on tax breaks. Side note: It was also hot enough it could’ve caused a heat stroke and no air flow which is odd considering it’s the beginning of February."
