"My wife & I used them this year to prepare our taxes instead of just e-filing with TurboTax, as we usually do. The reason for the change was mainly due to the referral bonuses they were promoting. Our tax preparation, surprisingly, was a breeze & was handled courteously & competently by Jace. However, on the back end of things, my wife & I are STILL awaiting our $50 referral bonus. Have been since late March. If we manage to finally get it sometime soon, I may attempt to amend this review. But until then..."

"Poor management. Disorganized and customer service is not standard. Sorry, I won't be back next year! I wanted to appeal my daughter's father's claim request and they told me they would handle the situation for me and that I'd receive my return within 4-6 weeks. Almost 6 weeks later, they say that I'd have to refile because they made a mistake. We refiled, but the issue about the appeal was not handled, as they had promised. I should only have to visit the tax office, ONCE per year. This is probably my 6th time at the office, to resolve this issue, but no one is here at the office during their quoted business hours, TUESDAYS 9AM-9PM. I guess, business is going so well, that they don't really need clients? Sounds kind of cool..."
