"This is also a remote testing center. DO NOT use them for testing. They may be great at taxes but you would be much better off testing at Exam Plus in Little Rock. Their computer would not load the test I was supposed to take so I could not take it that day. PSI has refused to refund my $84 fee and HR Block has not assisted in any way at all saying that it is not their problem, even though it is their testing site, computers, etc..."
