"H&R Block Does not stand behind their advertised “100% Accuracy or your Money Back” it’s a sham. Mine was processed in error and I was told because “I signed off on it as being correct” therefore I won’t be refunded and I would have to contact IRS myself. I signed the little black box but I didn’t see my actual return at the time I signed. They give it to you in an envelope once you pay and leaving your appt. They are way overpriced $196 for a simple joint file (no detailed forms just W2s) I WILL NEVER USE HR BLOCK again. Save your $$ and hassles and go to a private tax preparer"

"I paid extra to file with a specialist and didn't receive any form of communication resulting in issues with my filing. These issues have still yet to be resolved and I still have yet to receive one message from my tax specialist or from H&R Block in general on weather or not they can resolve my issues. I will not be returning in the future and I will be dissuading others from using H&R Block."
