We were there a lot longer than we ever had been in the past due to confusion with the person that prepared our taxes. Her English was hard for us to understand, and it was hard for her to understand our concerns when we pointed them out. This is not a bad reflection to H&R Block, as we have always been satisfied customers, but we do hope to have someone easier to work with the next time we file."
