"I have been doctoring with Dr. Kelley for years. She has been nothing but honest and straight forward with me, and sometimes we were in the "Who Knows Area". I was born with reproductive issues that lead to fertility issues at a very young age. No, she wasn't the one that diagnosed me or did my surgery. But since i was 32 yrs old, i have been seeing dr. Kelley, i feel we did what we could to handle my pain, and appease the insurance company. when the remedy we were using to control my pain, pretty much stopped working, i had a prescheduled appointment with before knowing the remedy we were currently using for my pain quit. so i went in there and had a very frank conversation with her about me getting a hysterectomy. we review my WHOLE history so that they medical insurance would have all they proof they needed to approve this surgery. she reviewed with me that she only does robot assisted surgery for hysterectomies and this then causes a lower infection rate and also they preventively treat for infections due to the nature of these surgeries. she took the time to explain all the risks of having it one way as well as the other way, that i also may have to go back in for additional surgeries related to the original one. after my long and frank discussion with her, i felt comfortable and scheduled my hysterectomy for 6 weeks later. i am scheduled at the end of jan for my hysterectomy and i look forward to seeing her work. as she has done right by me for years."
"I pushed a 10lbs baby out at 36 weeks, I screamed and cried for a c-section. I tore very bad and had to have emergency surgery.. I was in the hospital for 5 days after due to major blood loose. I had to get short with a nurse to finally take me to my son in the nice 25 hours after he was born. I hope she never delivers another one of my children again."
