"Kind people until I asked them to work with my schedule for repairs. I told them how many days I could take off to be home for repairs. Aaron basically told me if you don't want people coming in when you aren't home, you can find someone else. He absolutely would NOT work with me and sent people out after I expressed my concerns. I'm not comfortable with people in my home when I'm not there and he made NO effort to accommodate me. They were recommended through my insurance company, even the insurance company agreed they treated me poorly on this matter."
