"I am not very satisfied with my experience at OneMain. I will say, Stephen was extremely nice and very helpful. If you must go here, ask for Stephen. I took out a loan for a large amount of money. It turned out, I did no need the money. When I called to tell them I would be paying it back, the female employee was very rude, telling me that I needed a cashier's check from my bank and some other rude things. I asked for Stephen, and he said it's not a problem at all, you can use your debit card. My major mistake was, keeping a small portion of the money. It has been six months now, and I have made every payment on time. I feel like I should be getting towards the end. Here's the major issue...... I cannot login online to see my account. It did not accept my password, so I requested to reset. It does not work. I have been trying for 6 months to login with no success. I finally called, and I am APPALLED at my remaining balance. No wonder they deny you access to view your account!!!! I called the customer care line to have them help me gain access. They basically told me I was liar and my account is not locked (it clearly said, "your account is locked only a OneMain customer care representative can unlock it.") They did not help me, they told me they could not unlock it. Now, it says there is no account associated with my email or name. So basically, this company screws you, but they won't let you see your account so you don't know they are screwing you. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, is because of Stephen."

"Lindsey was the one helping me and was extremely rude and condescending. getting a loan is a humbling experience anyways My calls or my email was not returned initially. two days went buy and she called and I asked why it had been two days for an answer. She replied sharply that she would be more than happy to resend my offer and said they were busy. I did not get any apology or customer service. Just threatened to resend my loan if I dare question her timeliness. Her tone just got worse and I just refuse to work with someone like this. I have asked to speak with a supervisor I feel I am just getting lied to at this point on her availability. I have written two reviews in my life, so in order for me to take the time and write this out says something about how I was treated. Lindsey finely hung up on me at the end. I run and manage a company as well. I am thankful people like Lindsey don't work for me."
