"I took my mower in for repairs. It was surging and I suspected it just needed a little carb work. After calling two times in 13 days and getting no clear answers, I stopped by to ask how long it would be. He explained that he couldn't tell me because anyone who came in that was a commercial client was put in front of the individuals. That means that theoretically at least as an individual they may never fix your equipment. They will only look at your equipment when all of their commercial clients are taken care of. So, they are moving to the front of the line the guys you are having to pay to cut your grass while they aren't fixing your equipment. I can't stand dishonesty. If they only want commercial business that's their right but they should be honest about it. Be upfront, put a sign up, tell the truth from the get go. They could have told me upfront, "you are at the back of the line and may remain there for a long time". I would have taken my business to someone who appreciates the individual client and saved my valuable time as well as the money I've spent paying to cut my grass while my mower gathered dust in their shop. Most of all if they would have just told the truth they wouldn't have lost a loyal customer."
