"sent a tech out to the house, replaced a fuse, fuse didn't hold initially, supervisor came by (Chris) and found a short in the thermostat, repaired and replaced all sorts of circuitry, explained everything to me as he went along, a real pleasure to work with, had the unit up and running in no time, I do recommend this company, I've used them for heating and air/and plumbing, very professional and bent over backwards to make it right at no additional charge, can't say enough about there dedication to the customer and quality of their work, if you need it done and you want it done right and affordable ...these are the guys to call. "I had a water leak and wanted my hot water replaced since it would have to be removed. They quoted $2,000 for the work! I told them I could by a hot water heater for 6-1,000 at Lowes or Home Depot but was told they have a mark up on their parts. He said if I bought it they would change it out for $700-800! What a rip off, buyer beware."
