I got hold of him and got a rough estimate on repairs for my hydraulic cylinders for the front end loader and also the power steering cylinder on my 1989 for tractor model 1920. Even though it can be really hard to give that type of estimate without seeing the items in person he gave me a price and after the work was done he was within $35 of the price estimated. He is very responsive and he was also able to get my cylinders done within a couple days and delivered them to me at no extra cost. David answered all my update calls, questions, and kept me well informed.
