"Zero stars......first time they never called to set appointment. Second time they made appointment and never showed up, tried a third time and they no showed and no call. That tells me I'm glad we didn't use them."

"I contacted Amy at Legacy Kitchen in August. She seemed knowledgeable and understood that I wished to remodel my small kitchen in my 1965 MCM ranch. The job started off strong, although a week late due to new cabinets not being delivered on time. The job was started in September 21. I was told when I put down a 50% deposit(which I am accustomed to putting down 1/3 up front.). They came on September 21st and started demo on my 9 x 9 kitchen. They started out doing a good job, then discovered Amy made a mistake and I was missing an upper and lower cabinet. This mistake ended up me losing 12” of countertop in what was already a small kitchen. They agreed to give me a pantry to compensate for the loss of cabinetry, although Amy did try and charge me for it latter. I had contracted an independent contractor for the countertops, and they had to revise their plan since the countertops were not the size previously discussed. There was a delay because the countertop material was damaged in transit. Long story short, it is a much better kitchen than it was. The design doesn’t match the CAD pictures and the ceiling and walls still haven’t been repaired correctly where the old cabinets were and I have 2 kitchen lights that have not been put back in place. I paid the balance the first week of November. I know that was stupid since they weren’t finished! Communication with this company is weak as reporting on job site in a timely manner. Lots of excuses for delays as well. Nice people, but if I ever used them again I would write a contract with fines for delays. I’m beginning to wonder if they will come back. There appears to be a lot of turnover in the work crew. I will say the young man that installed my tile gets 5 stars ⭐️! It was not an easy pattern and that and my countertops are my favorite part! Topp That in HSV did an AMAZING job on countertops."

"Met with Amy , owner/partner of Legacy kitchen and bath renovation, discussed kitchen remodeling plans,, she was to send several plans to view and select by email the following week,,never heard from her, called her several times, no returned calls from her.. Poor business attitude. If this is a reputable business, you would think she and her boss would want to keep their clientele built up and also take any job no matter how small ! $10,000 + is not to be sneezed off by anyone.. They're either too selective, not willing to take on any size job. And Jim, you might want to screen all possible job opportunities that Amy goes to, and scrutinize her list of perspective clients!
