"We had used J P Jarrell to reinstall a hot water radiator in 2013. Recently, the radiator system did not come on when we set thermostat for winter season. So, again, we called Jarrell Plumbing & was told they could not get out that day. Two 2 days later, called because we had no response. Was told by the office lady with attitude, "you are on the list!" We must still be on the list after approximately 2 weeks. If she would just admit that they no longer have a boiler person, we would have moved on. ."
