"Great business! Never has taken money until the job is done for as many years as I have known him. Does his best to be there for everyone. That phone rings non stop and he keeps everyone updated as much as possible and so do I. He’s a one man show who is training a new worker and trying to train and get so much work done is a lot by itself. He’s never done bad work, every time I hear about Chris I hear how great his work is and how sweet of a person he is as well. I’ve never seen or heard of him ruining any homes or leaving a job unfinished. I’ve been with this business for 10 years and all I hear is good. I’ve seen Chris get calls because another plumber never showed but no one has ever gotten a call saying we didn’t finish a job. Some people leaving reviews have to remember you pay for what you wanted done, when informed more was needed and you don’t want to pay for it, things can’t be fixed for free, specially if mommy and daddy are footing the bill and they tell us what to fix and what not to fix. Plumbing also can’t ruin a foundation unless it’s been leaking for years which would not be our plumbing faults. That’s home owner for not doing something about a leak way before it got that bad to ruin the foundation of a home and four months isn’t going to do anything, specially when foundation issues were already present looking under your home while fixing your plumbing. I can say also we still wait for checks to come in mail because we NEVER have asked for money upfront because you never know what extra you can run Into on a job and don’t want a surprise cost without talking to you about it and if that’s not honesty enough then I don’t know what is. Also I see a comment with slander. Chris Green plumbing is licensed, insured and bonded!! Contractor board license only has to be active if your doing jobs over $50,000 and when we do we change it to active and that’s whole different license compared to just a plumbing license by itself. So whoever reads google reviews might want to see the type of people leaving the review. Anyone who does recommend Chris green plumbing knows he is good at the job and that is why. These bad reviews are upset customers mad about not getting free extra work or their parents told us what they wanted done for now because they were paying for the bill. This is our income to support us. Trashing it with lies or slander just makes you look bad. All the extra calls I get have been nothing but wonderful things about Chris and his work. They are all long time customers and will wait for him over calling someone else. That speaks wonders. Have a good day google review and readers."

"Called many times and texted. On many occasions was told I will be out this day or that day never came by. He did poor job on my past plumbing issues to the point I have house foundation issues now and my house is Unlevel. Then from their his other workers in the past had very fowl language. The work that was done cost more than the quality. He says he is license and insured I highly doubt that he is. I say this because if he was why would he run from a job that is so easy to do and make such a job so shotty. The only reason I ever used him in the first place is because he went to my former church. If someone says I have a guy and they give Chris green plumbing run from them they are not friends. They want you to have issues they want you to have damage. They want you to spend more than is what's needed. I can say this don't bother with this guy's company. If you want to higher a good and reliable plumber call Southwest Arkansas Plumbing LLC. These guys are pros not only do they know what they are doing but they are very professional. They return calls they come out and get down to the " root" of the problems. Not only have they helped me but they helped my parents and took all day but they stuck to it and got it DONE!!!!! SO I WOULD RECOMEND THEM ANY DAY!!!!!!"
