"I have never experienced what I did in this company. I went here as a recommendation from a friend who had taken my computer in. The owner was extremely unprofessional. Any question I had I felt like I had to pry out the answer and it was just dripping with sarcasm. He made me feel like every question I had was the stupidest question he has ever heard. He may act knowledgeable but when I got my computer back, nothing was fixed. In fact, my computer was in worse condition! My files were gone, I had files left on my computer that weren't installed before taking it in, and I was receiving pop up windows telling me my computer was infected and to take it to Microsoft. I have heard things about tech support companies online but I called anyways after this experience and let me just tell you I spoke with some of the sweetest people, they resolved my issues from here in under 12 hours as opposed to the few days I had it in the shop, and I paid half the price. I will only ever recommend the people at help desk from now on."
