"BEWARE!!!! Do not use Top Water plumbing! They hire incompetent plumbers! I needed a simple water valve under my kitchen sink. Due to the plumbers incompetence the valve leaked causing water damage under my sink. After the valve was repaired the owner of the company came out to look at the damage and replace the flooring under my sink. The floor was still extremely wet and warped. He was going to cover up the water damage by placing boards he cut in his van if I had not refused to let him do so! A month later I STILL have water damage under my sink! I was told by the owner’s wife / Secretary that the company’s insurance has filed Bankruptcy and it will be a year or longer before I can get the water damage repaired. They did refund my money but this has been a nightmare and multiple days of missed work dealing with this! Having to take legal action now!"

"Richard and his team are extremely professional with awesome customer service. Richard worked his tail off installing a new tankless water heater and reran all water lines and gas lines and finishes just to find out I bought a faulty water heater, completely my fault. So we get a different heater and he works late to make sure my family has hot water. To top it off his price was so low that I actually felt bad. So Topwater Plumbing has gained a permanent customer with me. Definitely would recommend. Extremely punctual."
