"I called for service on June 12, 2033. I was informed there would be a delay because Riley was traveling. He assured me the following week he could get to me. 10 days later, still no service call. I reached out again. He said he was busy but he would get to me, but he never did. I reached out again, and again since small towns provide few options. Many promises... never showed. Now, a month later, I contacted out of town service (Mt. Ida) and scheduled service for the following day. They came the next day and solved my issues. Trusting Legacy made me do without service for a month. I won't make that mistake again. Sad reflection to call this professional service."
