"BEWARE OF SERVICES OBTAINED BY THIS COMPANY. They'll be more than happy to take your money, but when it comes to a problem (two days after installation), good luck getting them to come back. When you finally do, they let you know the unit wasn't hooked up properly and assure it's been resolved. And to top it off, you wake up to it raining from your ceiling where they negligently didn't hook something else up right. And on top of that, you almost had an electrical fire due to the gallons of water leaking into a light fixture. Of course, we were assured they'd reimburse for the work that has to be done to repair the ceiling, light, and sheetrock and yet, we cannot get a response. Imagine all of these problems after you paid tens of thousands of dollars for their "top unit". Save yourself the trouble, worry, and stress and steer clear."
