"Recently applied for a credit card through Grand Savings and the communication has been really terrible. Would not recommend at all. I walked in and put my application in, and was reassured someone would get back to me concerning whether or not I was approved or denied. Nobody got back to me. Emailed the girl who helped me, she was unable to get an answer. Called in on another occasion, received his voicemail, called again, lady told me she could transfer me to his voicemail and I informed her that's what happened the last time I called, she put me through and he answered and said he'd check with the credit team and I've still never heard back. Even if I was denied that'd be fine, would just like to know either way. Nonetheless, would not recommend Grand Savings for a credit card, you will not hear back from anyone. Based off the customer service I've received in the last few weeks, or lack thereof I should say, would not choose this bank in the future and it's made me consider whether or not I should bank elsewhere soon."

"Worse bank I’ve ever had dealings with. Bob King had poor communication and has been the most dishonest lender I’ve ever seen. Would not recommend this bank. Very unhelpful people and very unprofessional. Totally wasted 3 weeks of my time trying to get a home loan."
