"they put my money in someone else's big run around trying to get my money back . need the money so I can make a trip gas is pretty important. literally waiting on some lady had to email the deposit receipt now I'm waiting for the bank still have not heard back from"

"Verified my check and everything was fine just for the teller to tell me that they don't feel comfortable doing it so now I have to wait on another check to be issued because she "don't feel comfortable" like I thought yall had procedures so your employees don't go off a feeling. A joke and to think I was going to get a mortgage from y'all no thanks."

"Had an employee very adimantly try to charge myself 10 dollars per replacement card. After telling him that I've never had arvest charge me for a replacement card he got upset. A 5 min phone call to customer service and I was informed that arvest does NOT charge for cards and that the employee should not have acted as such."
