"The reason I don’t get five stars for this is when you asked for an estimate over the phone that means you don’t want them to come to your house and then do the work and say OK and it will be. You don’t do that I mean even if you don’t know exactly you know, ballpark figure cause you do this for a living so that’s the one reason I didn’t give you five stars."

"Can never get Baker's to show up in a reasonable time. My hot water tank stopped working and they told me it would be at least two weeks, so I called roto rooter and they showed up the same day and replaced it. And this isn't the first time I have had issues like this with Baker's. Sorry but that was my experience."

"I called them because I needed plumbing redone all underneath my house. After giving me a estimate that was more of a guesstimate. They would not show up to do the job nor return my phone calls. Obviously I found another plumber. So I'm thinking that Baker's plumbing didn't need a $2,000 job."

"It's hard to rate them when they make excuses to not show up. Took off work 2 days waiting on them to show up only to be told they took the day off....if you're in a hurry they are not the ones to call."

"Called on a Monday for an emergency expected somebody to arrive on Tuesday. Thursday comes up I have to call to be told that there was other plumbing emergencies that came up and they typically don't work on Fridays. I was told best they could do was maybe the next week. No communication"
