"I thought my hot water line was frozen between garage, where tank was, and the house. By Way came early Tuesday morning, but couldn’t find where it was frozen and we’d have to wait for it to thaw. Then about 5:00pm, I saw a puddle forming in my den by front wall. I opened door & saw water was running down walls on both sides of door & from porch ceiling. I threw towels on puddle & called By Way. They came as fast as they could, then found my cutoff valve was broken, but somehow managed to cut off water. Then they got in attic and capped off broken pipe. They also notified Servpro that I needed them, and they came immediately too. They came back the next morning to run new water line to hot water tank. The men were all very nice and efficient and explained to me the problem I had. Office staff is friendly and helpful too. I’ll never use another plumbing company. By Way Plumbing from Greenwood is the best."
