"Every $1 bill that I receive as change ( and $5 bills) I put in a "piggy bank" as a quirky but yet surprisingly adequate means of saving a little. When I get to $500 I cash them in. The Bank OZK on Taylor st in Little Rock absolutely and I mean ABSOLUTELY refused to change my $500 in American currency into larger bills because I didn't have an account with them!!! These people made me feel like I was attempting something fraudulent and underhanded because I asked them to give me change !!! I told them to give me my money back and drove DIRECTLY across the street to MNB bank and they were extremely courteous. I told the teller at MNB how Bank OZK refused me and his response was "That sounds about Right." so I'm obviously not the first person to drive across the street because this branch of Bank OZK on Taylor st in LITTLE ROCK sucks!! One funny thing, but I pulled up to the window originally there was a male teller that took my money. After a couple of minutes a young female teller was who he sent back to refuse me. He never showed his face again it made that young girl do his job for him..... Pfft, that's some "man" for sure. Spineless"
