Despite being initially told everything looked promising, I was later informed that my loan application was not approved after undergoing underwriting review. To my surprise, I approached a dealership for an alternative solution, and they were able to secure a car loan for me through Hyundai Financial, offering a more favorable payment plan and lower interest rate. This contrast in outcomes raises concerns about the underwriting process at Arkansas Telco Federal Credit Union. Moreover, I encountered an additional frustration when I decided to close my account, and I was charged a $10 closing fee. This unexpected fee has added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience."
