"NOT a GREAT agent when it comes to customer service. Customer Service is poor 1/5 in response to email. Left a voicemail many times in the past like within 3 weeks once a week and never received a call back or checkup. Bombard with few emails for follow up and never received a response back. Flet like agent ONLY wants your business then doesn't do GREAT in response to clients. You might want to look elsewhere if you do NOT want to deal with this type of agent. Only speaking from my experience."
