They have always gone out of their way to be courteous and helpful with us and ensure we are satisfied. Of course, if your car is being repossessed, you will probably leave a negative, but don’t be upset with them, be upset with yourself for not making your payment. They do their jobs exceptionally well!"

"Our vehicle was repossessed which was expected, but the problem was we were told we would receive a letter in the mail first before the tow company would come, and we never did and this towing company never notified us when they had shown up and ended up taking a car seat from our autistic son and our carrier base from our baby with them, along with some documents we needed."

"They have our car and won't give it back! We paid to get it back after towing it when it shouldn't have been towed in the first place. We have kids that have appointments and they could care less. This car is our only transportation! Then when they finally released the car it wouldn't go above 25mph, it wasn't doing that before they towed it so if you go through them you are crazy. The response to this review is false, roads were not icy today, sidewalks are but the roads weren't at the time and as far as taking the car back for them to look at I am not doing it. I don't trust them and don't think anyone else should either."

"Leaving only one star only because zero is not an option! They have had my vehicle for over three weeks now and still no results. They ordered the wrong part twice in a row. When I call them no one answers the phone or calls back. When they answer the phone all I get is the runaround. I've been given five different days that my vehicle would be finished, still waiting."
