"When our AC quit working I didn’t know who to call. I’ve had bad experiences before with crooked HVAC companies so I called Certified since I drive right by them everyday. A lady named Ashley took my call and she seemed like the sweetest woman ever as she listened to my horror story. After a few minutes she put me thru to a tech named Wil. As soon as Wil arrived at my door in under an hour has was diagnosing my system and quickly gave me the bad news. My control board was toast and he got right on the phone with his suppliers. Turns out my board is hard to find but after calling his many suppliers he found one and went and got it. My AC was back on the same day! And the best thing was that from the moment I met Wil I knew I was working with an honest guy. Hard to find these days. All I know is my cold air is blowing and the wife is off my back.
