"My dad was referred here by tractor supply due to not having the part available. He brought his tractor here to have his tractor hydraulic seal replaced/updated. The lift and arm was working with no issues prior to having it brought here. After the tech used a equipment to compress the hydraulic, it damaged the hydraulic arm and then it then stopped working and they said it was already broken so it needed to be replaced completely for around $450-500. They did not take responsibility of damaging the hydraulic arm after showing proof visual damages done by the tech. Avoid this place at all cost. Their techs do not know what their doing and they are not professional about customer service and ethics."
"Paid for Hydraulic hoses that cost more here than buying from John Deere. 8 hours on the machine and Bose connection blows off. Bought 4 hoses and I hope this is the only one that it happens to. Way overpriced compared to buying a factory built hose"
