"Origional experience at the end, called 2 years after my first experience, the price for the same work doubled, the employee who was soo amazing to go out of his way in a snowstorm left for a new job better fitting him...(surprise) i told them to cancel even coming to look at it because ive already told them what was happening with the heat unit and what needs fixed ($90 to just show up when they already know the issue) i was then quoted $200 for 1 hour of labor + parts which is absurd considering its a 20 min job for a beginner if you can get the part. I get charging by the hour but $200 is wild. Origional review (2021) ->When the snow storm hit we woke up to our furnace not working properly at 6:30 am....resulting in some quite frigid temperatures indoors with a -15 windchill outside...after exausting my loyalty( started calling at 6:30 am and gave up at 3:30 pm with only space heaters and a young child/pets) to a previous company we've been with for several years i called Elite, I had not been in the market for new technicians but I spoke with Travis and he tried to help me troubleshoot it over the phone....when that wasnt the issue he came to my house personally within the next hour(and got stuck in the snow) after navigating some neighbourhoods made it and repaired my furnace much much cheaper than we previously anticipated, he then helped me push my suv from behind to get it out of the snow and into my driveway. I may not have been looking for a new company or any mew techs to service my heat or air but I've found them. (Long drawnout story short 15/10 would reccomend.)"

"I wish there was a higher rating I could give! The a/c recently went out, on a Sunday, at the restaurant I manage. I called EVERY commercial ac repair in the Rivervalley. Elite was the only one to call me back! I've used them multiple times since for the same business. They are QUICK, professional, tidy, great communicators! I seriously can not brag enough! "I could not have had a better experience with Elite. Clinton was very friendly, he got here early in the day with his team, and got the job done. A crane was needed to lift my old unit off of my two story building and replace with the new, and the job was done so quickly and proficiently they were barely noticed. Elite was highly recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
