Updated Review as of 12/2022: Always received great service, but was unable to receive homeowners insurance due to a claim against our renters policy that was pending for over a year. Our agent looked into the details more closely and agreed that we should be candidates, but her hand were tied due to the unresolved claim. We have gone with another company that gave us lower rates in the end and gave just as good customer service."

"Never underestimate the value of a great insurance agent! Kelly kind of "inherited" me 4-5 years ago when my previous agent retired and her accounts were transferred to this agency. In the time I've been with this agent, she and the rest of the team have been extremely helpful and even in a recent situation where a claim came up and it technically was not my insurance that needed to pay the claim -- she was still very actively involved in helping me navigate through the situation and explain everything to me and even advocated for me behind the scenes.
