While I needed this service because I am not trained in this field I was excited to see my toilet repair being fixed in a professional manor by a plumber in training. "they were told wear about the septic tank was, I was about 10 ft off. but they started to dig on the side of the house nowhere near where the tank was. and I asked why he was digging there they told me they were going to find the sewer pipe and follow it to the tank tearing up the pipe that went to a different tank. he dug for about 25 ft on anyway. they did repair the pipe and covered it. but why dig a 25 foot trench that had no pipe or nothing, ? I was told they were looking for the tank. again I told the guy digging about where it was when they did, they damaged the tank but put 2 bags of cement, not opening the bag. then covered it. we just wanted it pumped out and replace 2 lateral lines. but they did not pump out the tank or replace the lateral lines that we just wanted done to begin with. then after some calls, my mother was hun up on then the boss said we were calling the wrong phone. his guy said my dad met him at the door with a shotgun. turned out it wasnt close to the gun he said it was. he was not arrested for false info to a cop. then the boss tried to pick a fight and it was all over a tank clean, replace 2 lateral lines. cops were there it was just insane. we told the boss we would give the money to him not his workers. I mean they said a gun was pulled on them. I would not hire them ever!"
