"Well first of all I get 250 up and 250 down and every time I call up there they tell me to plug something into the laptop and then they go off to tell me it's my router that there ain't nothing that they can do about it they should be able to provide routers to people that need them around the area and there was one time where some employees came out here and they tried to say that someone messed with their stuff at the back of my house and I don't even be out there like that"

They literally came to the front to help me AFTER i had been waiting for at least 15 minutes, and only because one of the employees FINALLY called for her. Why make my family wait for 15 minutes before they call for another qualified employee to assist me??? My kids and husband were waiting in the hot car!"

"Why is this company allowed to force its customers to buy telephone service in order to get internet service? Answer: Because they are a monopoly and will do whatever the hell they want. They must be connected to the local powers that be to take advantage of their customers like this year after year. I hear that the family that owns the company is phenomenally wealthy. No doubt about that."
