"There is nothing that these folks cant do! I have used them multiple times and they always exceed my expectations (very rare these days!). I needed a StarLink system set up and mounted on my very high tin roof. I believe that Dan (he and his wife Carmen are the owners) is the only person that would have done what needed to be done to get me up and running. This would have been a job most people would have walked away from (see pic below!!). Dan and Ben were absolutely committed to doing everything needed to get me up and running and complete a very difficult installation. Dan is the most detail oriented person i have met and takes pride in tackling the toughest jobs. He is very technical and understands everything about satellite, internet, high definition home audio/video etc.. Carmen (Dan's wife) is customer obsessed and pleasing/delighting their customers is clearly her ambition. Very communicative, responsive and easy to reach. I cant think of another business in NWA that I would recommend more than Lowell Electronics."
