We just moved into our new house and the Black Hills Gas company was out to replace our gas meter when the tech, Jake, noticed our water heater was leaking & the pan was filled with water when he went to relight the pilots. They responded promptly with a reasonable estimate and got a crew out the same day to fix a leak in my front yard. They replaced a leaky plastic line coming off the water meter with insulated copper tubing.
