"Having had an increase in my insurance cost I was curious to know if I could get a better rate somewhere else. I had recently received a flyer from Keith Johnson with NorthStar. I sent him my numbers and it looked like I could save hundreds going through them. Keith explained things clearly and I was pretty much sold but Keith let me know something about the policy that might turn out to be inadequate. He didn't need to do that but he did it to make sure I knew. I had to go back to my original policy and it turns out that this element (a critical concern to my particular house) was covered fully. So despite the time he put in I had to stick with my original policy. Insurance can be very complicated and confusing. I think it's a rare thing to find an agent that makes sure you understand the details even if it costs them in the end. I recommend Keith Johnson with no reservation."

"In February 2023 I moved into a home that was hoarded it took me three months to get it up to par. During this time my insurance lapsed and Keith Johnson and his crew never even gave me a courtesy call to let me know that it lapsed. Because of this and because I don't have the best credit they wanted $1500 for 6 months of coverage. I use to pay them 136.00 for FULL COVERAGE AND RENTER INSURANCE?!!!!!!!! I do not have speeding tickets and I have a clean record. CALLING ALL FAMILY MEMBERS THAT DOES BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY NEXT TO GET THEM OUT OF THIS COMPANY AND LETTING EVERYBODY I KNOW ABOUT THE SITUATION I will never go with this company again because I really sure they don't care about me they only cared about their WALLETS!!!! Any other company that I have ever been with would always have given me a call I have never been late before do not go with this company!!! They don't call people back they don't care it's pretty obvious oh and by the way I called them 3 times in a month and a half which was in the laps. And they never got back to me so really who's fault is"
