About 20 minutes later he called me again and asked more questions and walked me through what I could do in the house to possibly fix it myself. I was able to text him pictures and he helped me get my water working again all over the phone! Very kind and patient man just wanting to help."

Called them the next day and they showed up the following day and did the install in one morning. But the new heater I bought was defective. "Hired this contractor to replace old pipes under our house. The contractor preformed sloppy work, did little to mitigate his mess, left before his crew had finished and did not finish all required work. He also decided to try to add an additional 15% to his fee because of "unforeseen circumstances ". This guy seems like a pro but he's just out to make a quick buck with incomplete work. Save yourself the trouble and pick another contractor. Paid for all new pipes, left some old stuff in the wall, see attached photos."
