NWA Cell Phone Repair

"I would’ve given zero stars but you have to give at least one to write a review zero stars I brought my phone in to get the screen fixed on it. It was obviously damaged. He said he was going to charge me $160 to fix the screen, I said fine, I called them back a couple days later cause he said it would be ready. It was not ready says he’s waiting on the part days turned into weeks. I finally went in there and he said it’s a motherboard. Then he said that he would take care of me on it whatever that means and he just have to find a motherboard and I waited approximately another week. Then I came back in and he said it’s the ram , And that I have lost all memory on my phone. and then I asked for my money back on the screen he said he couldn’t give my money back. He would have to give a store credit and I’m like no I want my money back because you said it was a broke screen and now several weeks later, it’s the ram. And He should have done some investigation if it was so bad, it was noticeable and he would’ve found it and not put the screen on and called me. Then I probably would’ve bought the phone I have. But he did not diagnose it correctly or else you would’ve known it was the motherboard or the ram or whatever and not installed a screen and not charge me $160 but it gets better. The only phone they had was an S 20 so I bought the Refurbished/Repair S 20 applied my credit I paid full value for that S 20 and roughly $380 then I bring it back because the screen is Splitting into, Also the screen locking up , it has a very small single crack in the upper left-hand corner , You gotta look real hard to see it and I’m told that it’s the screen that’s making it do this and it’s prprobably broke and It has a bad motherboard or a bad part in it , bottom of the line is they won’t give me any credits and when I charge me roughly another $200 and can’t guarantee that the screen is going to fix. He has said nothing about the original service that I got. Horrible service never ever take your parts here and I’ll be sure to Voice my opinion with the city attorney, and the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau as well as this website in my social media platform. I hope he enjoys the bad that is coming his way. And once you posted is not what happened period you made no attempt to try to fix the initial complaint period but you got your opinion and I got mine. Bottom line is people should read all of the negative reports on you because they're truth."
