"Edit: I had a 5 star review from previous work done before. After several positive encounters of great service I called to schedule a new appointment. I needed it to be after 5pm so it would be overtime rates. Reluctant at first, I decided to pay the money to get it done and not miss work. I called at lunch today and am trying to schedule a basic toilet rebuild and figured I’d have them swap the shower trim parts while there. Really, I just need a new faucet and the overfill cover replaced. One allen head screw to remove on one and two screws on the other to remove…. I explained it should be fairly quick. I’m told that’s roughly a 4 hour job and she’ll have to ask a manager before scheduling because if it takes awhile they don’t want me to not pay them if I’m upset. They’ve been here several times. I’ve always been happy with their work. My parents use them for all of the service work at their home. Always positive… None of us have never had any issues regarding payment. I already committed… I don’t care what it costs. I just wanted it done. I just said that if they had issues I’d call someone else and she seemed very eager to end the call. It’s odd though because my last appointment was after I got off work and they didn’t have any issue with it then. That was only a couple months ago. I understand not wanting to do after hours work. I don’t like it myself. BUT don’t say it’s available for an overtime rate if you won’t do it. My schedule just doesn’t allow me home before 5 any time soon and I’d just like an operational toilet."

"EDIT 2: I did schedule the service with them, and they came out and did it well. Used them once again for a larger service, and then again for a very large service (replacing all our outdoor sewage). Overall they did well for what was probably a reasonable price, so I'm raising my rating. Working with the office was never especially easy, but I always felt confident working with the actual plumbers and with the service and friendliness they gave us. EDIT: I originally wrote the review below, and then a bit over an hour later (over an hour past the timeframe in which they said they would come), I got a call from the plumber wanting to come by then. I was unavailable, but he was friendly and we set up a time for later in the day based on my availability. He came out later at the (re)scheduled time and spent a good bit of time looking at the situation and discussing my needs and giving what seemed to be good advice about the options. He was friendly and professional during the whole visit and makes me feel confident that he could do the work well. I haven't scheduled the work itself yet, so if/when I do and if they do a good job, I'll raise the rating a bit here based on it. I just wish their receptionist would have the friendliness and professionalism of their actual plumbers. They scheduled a time with me two weeks in advance, saying they would arrive and complete the service within a 2 hour window. So, of course I waited 2 weeks for them to come and then I took that time off work so I could be present when they arrived. I waited 2 hours and called their service line several times within that 2 hours and they never showed up nor did they ever contact me at all to say they weren't showing up, that they'd be late, nor to offer any kind of excuse. Their service line was slightly rude and completely unhelpful, never offering to call the plumbers to check on whether or not they were on their way or to see what their timing was or anything like that. They clearly don't respect their customers' time. I can't say if their quality of work is any good, but considering their disrespect for customers' time and poor communication skills, I wouldn't expect their plumbing skills to be any better either. I will be using different plumbers in the future."
