"I had a fire at my house in the kitchen and Gene Kordsmeier with complete fire and water damage came to my rescue. He eased my concerns with the repair of my home. His crew was professional and did amazing work.we were back in our house quicker than I expected. My insurance company recommend a franchise but I felt like someone local would care for my every need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I KNOW WHO HAS HAD A DIASTER!!"

"Car hit my house years ago and took them several months to get the job done. Well at least half ---. Lol. The wall they put in is cracked in the corners. The hard wood floor is not flush with the old part of the floor and they couldn't even match up white paint. Still to this day you can see where they just did a hit miss paint job when the light is on it. They was also supposed to paint the wood under my front door but they just didn't do it even after I called them to come do it 3 times. I even helped with cleaning the house that's when I first noticed these things. They promised to take care of all of this, but they got tired of me calling so they said they was done. Even threatened to sue me for $17 that was left on my deduction. So I payed them $17 and parted ways. They caused me so many problems I can't even get into. Like leaving a hole in the floor of my house to let fleas infest it.Terrible company. That's my opinion. I decided to leave a review today because I seen a commercial of theirs on tv today and it made me a little agervated. I hope that no other family ha this kind of problem with them. I recommend serve pro. They do great work."
